At this point you’re probable thinking, “these people are going to make me eat salad all day every day,” or “they’re going to make me eat kale and brussel sprouts, and everything’s going to taste gross and look weird.” Well fear not, because eating healthy doesn’t have to mean you’re just a sad salad eater while everyone around you is enjoying a juicy steak. There are plenty of options for you to choose from that support a healthy diet while also being delicious!

What we will tell you is that if you’re not used to eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains regularly, things are going to taste different for a little bit, but they’ll grow on you. If you eat the ‘average diet’ right now, mainly processed foods (where you can’t recognize the original ingredients) and meat, then your taste buds have adapted to make those foods taste the best. What we’re asking of you at this point is to take a leap of faith. So what are you waiting for? Dig in!
