So you’ve probably heard of someone “going vegan” or something of the like, and it may come with some judgement from friends and family who’ve been stuck in their ways initally, but we’re here to be your support group. We’re not asking you to cut meat, dairy, etc. from your diet completely at this point. Change is hard, so we’re providing you with the tools to make it as easy and simple as possible.
We’re not here to force-feed kale and other green vegetables to you; we’re simply here because your life matters, and this page is to connect you with simple tools to give you the potential to prevent and/or reverse those illnesses that you’ve been told are “genetic” or “life-long” simply with food. While it may be a big step, every journey starts with a single step, and it’s one that you’re not going to regret.
